About Robyn Englert, LCSW
There are few things in life as challenging and rewarding as working with people. As a therapist, my goal is to join people where they are in their journey and identify the areas they would like to move through. The process of facing pain and being overwhelmed can be daunting, but it doesn’t have to be faced alone.
For the last ten years, I have been working with individuals and families in the Rochester area. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, family systems, interpersonal therapy, and other core principles. If desired by the client, integration of Christian principles is an option to work toward emotional, psychological, and spiritual health. Initially, there is a focus on providing strategies and skills to regulate what is happening, and then we can move on to the core concern together. As a team, my clients and I work to establish healthy, natural supports and individual resources that will continue after the time of counseling has ended. It is a privilege to work with individuals and families through the trials they face.
